Welcome to OWOX.SG, operated by Other World Onwards (“OWO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://owox.sg), our server hosting services, merchandise store, and any other related services provided through our platform.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Eligibility – By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Singapore or have obtained parental consent to use our services.
1.2 Amendments – OWO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify users of major changes through email or a site-wide announcement with a 14-day advance notice given.
1.3 Governing Law – These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore laws, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
1.4 Intellectual Property Rights – All website content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with OWOX.SG remain the exclusive property of OWO. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content is strictly prohibited.
1.5 User Accounts – Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Unauthorized use of an account should be reported immediately.

1.7 User Responsibilities – Users must use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes. Not misrepresent their identity or impersonate others. Keep account information up to date. Immediately report any suspected security breaches.
2. SERVER HOSTING TERMS
2.1 Service Uptime – We guarantee 99% uptime for hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance or third-party-related disruptions. Compensation may be offered for eligible downtime cases.
2.2 Resource Usage – Excessive consumption of CPU, RAM, Disk, or Bandwidth may result in service suspension or termination. Users are responsible for managing their resources effectively to avoid impacting overall service performance. If you exceed your allocated resources, we will attempt to notify you via email. Failure to reduce usage within 48 hours may result in suspension or termination of the service.
2.3 Prohibited Activities – Hosting services must not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Running crypto mining scripts or unauthorized proxies.
- Hosting malware, phishing, or scam websites.
- Engaging in Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Illegal file sharing (pirated movies, software).
- Storing personal data without consent.
- Unauthorized resale of your hosting (subletting or multi-tenant use).
- Spamming, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Using hosting services to store or distribute copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
2.4 Account Security – Users must maintain strong passwords and take reasonable measures to protect their accounts from unauthorized access. OWO is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised accounts.
2.5 Backups – Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. OWO provides backup services but does not guarantee full data recovery.
OWO reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these restrictions without prior notice.
3. MERCHANDISE TERMS
3.1 Product Availability – All merchandise is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue any product at any time.
3.2 Custom Orders & Printing – Customized products must comply with Singapore intellectual property and content laws. Items promoting hate speech, illegal activities, or copyrighted content without authorization will not be processed.
3.3 Defective or Damaged Items – Customers must report any defective or damaged items within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
3.4 Order Processing & Shipping – Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times depend on shipping providers. OWO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
3.5 Returns & Exchanges – Customers must return items in original condition with proof of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns due to personal preference or incorrect sizing are not eligible for refunds.
3.6 Pricing & Errors – OWO reserves the right to correct pricing errors before processing an order. If an error occurs, the customer will be notified, and the order may be cancelled.
4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
4.1 Payments – All transactions are securely processed via AirWallex. Customers are responsible for any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees.
4.2 Refunds for Hosting Services – 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our hosting services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@owox.sg, including your account details and reason for dissatisfaction.
Processing & Timeline
- Refund Approval: Once we confirm eligibility, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on bank or payment provider policies.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain add-on services (e.g., domain registration, premium support) may be non-refundable, which will be clearly stated at purchase.
Requests After 48 Hours
- Discretionary Refunds: If you request a refund beyond the 48-hour window, any refund granted is at OWO’s sole discretion and may be a partial refund based on unused service time.
- User Responsibilities: You remain responsible for any outstanding charges or fees accrued before cancellation (e.g., overage fees for resource usage).
4.3 Refunds for Merchandise – Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or items damaged upon delivery, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a refund, customers must:

- Proof of Purchase: Email support@owox.sg with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your request, you may be required to return the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Processing & Timeline: We will inspect the returned item; if it meets the criteria, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the item.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Limitations & Fees
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, customs charges, or import taxes are generally non-refundable, unless the problem was caused by OWO’s error.
- No Refund for Sizing/Preference: Items returned due to incorrect sizing or personal preference do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4.4 Billing Disputes – Customers must report any billing disputes within 14 days of the charge. Refunds for unauthorized transactions may take 2-3 weeks for processing.
4.5 Subscription & Auto-Renewal – Hosting services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Users may cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic charges.
4.6 Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention – Any chargeback filed without first contacting OWO for dispute resolution may result in service suspension or termination.
5. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
5.1 OWO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Engaging in prohibited activities.
- Abusive behaviour toward OWO staff.
5.2 User Data Retention After Termination – Upon termination of a hosting account, OWO may delete all associated data, including files and configurations, after a 30-day grace period. Users may request a final data backup within the 30-day period. After 30 days, all data will be irrevocably deleted unless legally required to retain it.
Upon termination, the user remains liable for any outstanding payments.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 No Warranties – Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
6.2 Liability Cap – OWO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.3 Indemnification – Users agree to indemnify OWO against any legal claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their use of our services.
6.4 User’s Obligations – If you host or distribute any content that results in a third-party claim or lawsuit, you agree to cooperate fully with OWO in asserting any available defenses.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 Mediation & Arbitration – Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration under Singapore’s dispute resolution channels before escalating to legal proceedings.
7.2 Jurisdiction – Any legal claims against OWO must be filed in the courts of Singapore.
8. FINAL CLAUSES
8.1 Errors & Omissions – OWO reserves the right to correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. However, any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.2 Server Hosting Disclaimer – While we endeavor to maintain optimal uptime and performance, OWO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the hosting services beyond the stated uptime guarantee (see Section 2.1). Performance may be affected by factors outside OWO’s control, including customer actions, third-party infrastructure, or internet service provider issues. OWO shall not be liable for data loss, loss of revenue, or other damages resulting from downtime or service interruptions that are beyond its reasonable control.
8.3 Merchandise Disclaimer – Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colors, designs, and dimensions accurately, the actual product may differ slightly due to manufacturing variations or differences in display settings. OWO is not responsible for slight deviations in color or minor discrepancies that do not affect product functionality.
8.4 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer – Delivery times are estimates based on information provided by third-party couriers and may vary due to customs clearance, regional weather conditions, or other logistical issues. OWO is not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the shipping provider.
8.5 Third-Party Links – Our website may contain links to third-party services. OWO is not responsible for the content or policies of these external websites.
8.6 Policy Updates – These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
8.7 Force Majeure – OWO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes, storms)
- War, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not)
- Government orders, regulations, or actions, including lockdowns or embargoes
- Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
- Network failures, telecommunications breakdowns, or widespread internet outages
- Cyberattacks, hacking incidents, or other unlawful intrusions
- Pandemic, epidemic, or other public health emergencies
In such cases, OWO’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. OWO will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event and resume performance as soon as it is able to do so.
8.8 Severability – If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
